* Electric Included: $25.00 nonrefundable deposit required for a short
term reservation.
** Electric Included: $100.00 deposit required for a long term reservation;
$75.00 refund for cancellations up to two weeks prior to stay.
***After staying six consecutive months. Electric not included. $50.00 electric
deposit required.
****Leave your unit year round and stay up to six months. Rates available
after six month stay and are from May 1 to May 1. Quarterly payments will
be accepted; to be paid by May 15th, August 15th, November 15th and February
15th.
Boat Dock Rental Rates
Daily $10.00
Weekly $50.00
Monthly * $150.00
*Boat Trailer storage is free while boat is in the water. One month of dry
storage credit for each month of dock rental. If you are a seasonal or annual
resident, monthly dock rental is $75.00.
Limited storage for extra vehicles, boats and trailers:
Daily $3.00
Weekly $15.00
Monthly $50.00
NOTE: BACKGROUND CHECKS ARE RAN ON ANNUAL STAY GUESTS
Please Note:
All site rentals will accommodate one RV, one vehicle and tow daily. All
prices are based on two person occupancy. An additional charge for guests
after two weeks is $6.00 per person per day. Rates are subject to change.
